Warranty
We give a 2-year warranty for all our products. Longer terms of warranty must be agreed upon separately. For all products of Instroke Sports GmbH & CO KG, you will receive a certificate stating the origin of the product as well as the warranty given. In addition to this, these products are marked by a label saying ?geprüft? (?checked?). In case of warranty claims, if invoices or packing slips have been lost, the date stated on the label and the certificate will be accepted as proof of the 2-year warranty period. Once a case of warranty has occurred, we must immediately be informed about it in writing by email at service@strokesports.com or by telephone at

Performance guarantee
At our company, Stroke Sports, we carry out strict controls of incoming and outgoing consignments. In case you should nevertheless receive goods that do not correspond to your order or in case you receive defective products, that do not correspond to the product description (website, catalogue, etc.) we will certainly cover all costs for exchange of these goods. In addition to this we would like to apologize for your inconvenience by giving you a credit note of a value of Euro 5,- on our product range. We must be notified of the faulty delivery in writing within 14 days of delivery. This guarantee of performance can not be given in case the fault lies with the customer or in case of an additional performance that is already free of charge. Products won at raffles or bought at the counter are also excepted from this guarantee of performance. The products shown in our pictures may vary in their color. In addition to this, colors or surfaces of natural products, like leather for example, may vary due to their nature, but this does not mean that the product is defective. Leather that has not been treated may change in color due to the natural effects of light. The case on the left hand side shows the original product, that gradually changes its color and will then look like the case on the right hand side. This characteristic is not a defect, but it shows that our leather is a natural product of high quality that adapts to its environment.
